Finding Positive Towing News Stories...Not As Easy As You Might Think

I searched for a POSITIVE towing story and had a really tough time finding it. Every story that involves towing either involves rip off stories, competitive tow violence, fee reductions for towers. Not a beacon of light..so..I finally found one about a tower who saved someone's life. Here is the link..
